Welcome to division17.us (the "Site"), operated by Division 17, LLC ("Division 17," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about Division 17's executive ground transportation and logistics services and allows prospective clients to contact us. The Site itself does not process bookings or payments; all service engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Division 17 and its clients.

2. Services

Division 17 operates as a transportation coordinator and logistics service. Descriptions of services on the Site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Service availability, pricing, and terms are confirmed only through direct written agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, and the Division 17 and D17: The Executive Lift Group marks — is the property of Division 17, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

5. Communications

If you contact us by phone, email, or through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your inquiry. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIVISION 17 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIVISION 17, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Transportation services are governed by separate written agreements with their own terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Division 17, LLC and its members, managers, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Crypto Policy

Bitcoin Payments. Division 17, LLC accepts Bitcoin (BTC) as payment for services. All prices are quoted and invoiced in U.S. Dollars. The Bitcoin amount due is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate when your payment request is issued and remains valid for 15 minutes. A digital payment handling fee of 7% of the invoice total applies to all Bitcoin transactions, and any network transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer. Service is confirmed upon network confirmation of payment. Bitcoin payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed; no chargebacks are possible. Any refunds due under our cancellation policy are issued in U.S. Dollars at the original invoice value. Bitcoin is accepted on invoices of $250 or more.
