The Operation

D17: The Executive Lift Group is operated by Michael Chavez — thirty-plus years moving executives, dignitaries, and principals through some of the most demanding logistical environments in the world.

His background spans executive ground transportation, protective security operations, and aviation.

He is an FAA-rated Commercial Pilot and Advanced Ground Instructor, and a member of AOPA and the Society of Aviation and Flight Educators. That combination is not decoration — it is the operating system of the company. Movements are planned like flights: briefed, redundant, and executed without drama.

He has coordinated worldwide roadshows for institutional clients, dignitary transportation for international leadership programs, and the daily movements of executives who simply cannot afford a failure.

Most companies have divisions — operations, finance, security. D17: The Executive Lift Group is built to be the one they don't have: a fully operational executive transportation and logistics division, that organizations plug into their own operational and accounting structure. Your team calls it like it's in-house. Because functionally, it is.

Get it done right the first time. Every driver vetted. Every itinerary briefed. Every client known by preference, not by account number. The roster is capped at fifteen clients so the standard never dilutes.
